Winter in the vineyard

It's been a cold Winter, with snow and plenty of frosts. Fortunately, while they are dormant, the vines are incredibly hardy to the cold weather. There are vineyards in Canada where vines cope with temperatures of minus thirty degrees Celsius! For us, Winter frosts are fine, it's late Spring frosts that can be devastating.
