With the canopy growing rapidly it’s important to promote good airflow amongst the vines, we do this by ensuring good spacing between the vines and tucking the vines behind the wires to keep them in check. This is one of the most important factors in keeping the vines free from disease and is especially important in our little northerly outpost. These sessions start at 8.45am and finish about 1pm for lunch. There’s no workshop for this job in the vineyard as it is simple and relaxing. So if you fancy trying something new or helping out again in 2024, why not come along?
